Bihac: A new humanitarian crisis unfolding in Winter time

A few days ago, 350 migrants and refugees were forcibly removed from the IOM-run accommodation in Bira, Bosnia, a IOM-run accommodation which has been sheltering migrants and refugees for almost two years.
There are some 10,000 transient migrants and refugees stuck in the small Balkan country, who already face a chronic lack of accommodation: at least one in four live outside organised facilities. With winter fast approaching, this is the start of another humanitarian crisis.
