Ten years after the beginning of the War (6th April 1992 - 6th April 2002), we will be back in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sarajevo:
- to relaunch the appeal "Europe beyond the borders. For an integration of the Balkan area into the European Union:
certain, sustainable, from the bottom upwards", which has been already presented in Campidoglio - Rome on the 24 September 2001
- to promote, with the Conference "Europe from Below / L'Europa dal Basso", a Europe-Balkanic Network of NGOs, Associations, European and Balkanic civil society groups
- to meet the Italian organizations and projects in Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Tuzla.
