In occasione del ventesimo anniversario dalla caduta del Muro, la rassegna cinematografica estende la riflessione ai mutamenti avvenuti a partire dall'Ottantanove in particolare nell'Europa sud-orientale e nel Caucaso. L'iniziativa è promossa da Nuovo Cineforum Rovereto e Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso nell'ambito degli eventi legati al progetto "Schermi divisi d'Europa" e della conferenza internazionale "Il lungo '89"
