This excursion requires a guide who usually organizes the transport and the practicalities for the trip. Guides usually provide also all necessary equipment i.e. wet suit, helmets, dinghys.
DEPARTURE
Leaving the centre of Konjic in Central Bosnia you go up the river Neretva for a few kilometres and then take a track to the village Dubočani. From the village you go down into the canyon where the actual canyoning part starts. This lasts for about 4-6 hours.
ARRIVAL
A bridge marks the end of the canyon. From here you take a straightforward path which takes about an hour on foot to reach the Konjic to Glavatičevo road.
WHAT TO BRING
Some energy bars, swimming costume, towel, dry change of clothes and shoes. The water in the canyon is drinking water.
